We were not designed to do Christianity alone. God designed us to be in community. In the Bible that community is called the “Body of Christ”. The Body of Christ in the 21st Century is the local church. Being in the church allows us greater opportunity to grow and rub shoulders with people that are not like ourselves. Through that we see the amazing power of God that works through us individually and also collectively.

#1. If you have not taken the revised membership class (you have your FVC Life Coin), please signup and take the class. Contact Pam Hammerquist (pam@faithandvictory.com) for the next available class. Let your Discipleship Mentor know when you have completed this task.
#2. Attend both a Sunday and Wednesday service in the same week 4 times. Discuss the advantages of attending two services a week with your Discipleship Mentor.
#3. Show up to church 30 min early and stay at least 30 min after for two Sundays (not the Sundays from #2). Was anything different? Did you enjoy it more/less?
