The Bible says narrow is the road that leads to life and wide is the gate that leads to destruction. Many people claim to be Christian but do not actually walk with Christ. To follow Jesus we must repent (turn away) of our sins and begin learning to live a life of sanctification (becoming more holy). Not that we are ever perfect, but that we strive to honor God in this life and place Jesus as the top priority in our lives.
Before we can move forward with being saved we need to make sure that you have a solid foundation of what it means to be saved and that you know your own testimony.

Accountability
Disciple
I verify before God and before the witness (Discipleship Mentor) that I have listened to the sermons, read the Bible verses, answered the questions, and completed the tasks as assigned. I am a blood bought believer of Jesus Christ who is fully committed to the discipleship process no matter where it may lead. I am excited to continue the discipleship process.
Discipleship Mentor
I verify before God, that I believe that this disciple is a professing Christian, that he/she is walking the best they can to know God more and is striving to become more mature in the faith. This disciple knows what it means to be saved and also what the basic tenents of the faith are. I have also checked and discussed all the questions and tasks that were assigned. This disciple is ready to move forward.
