Faith and Victory Church Leadership

Faith and Victory Church’s leadership structure is based around what the Bible says about those that should shepherd the church and also the laws of Washington State.  Senior Pastor and Elder Matt Krachunis casts the vision, leads, and instructs the flock from the pulpit and provides the direction in which the church should go.

The Faith and Victory Church Elder Board provides accountability, differing viewpoints, and a covering for the church when then Senior Pastor may be absent.  The elder board also functions as the non profit board for all non profit decisions that must be made.  The Pastors of the church lead the church in their different giftings making decisions and leading the church according to the vision the senior pastor has put forth.  Last but not least, deacons do the work of the ministry serving the pastors and elders in accomplishing the Word of God going forth to the people.

Senior Pastor\Elder Matt Krachunis

Pastor Matt Krachunis is the senior pastor and senior elder of Faith and Victory Church.  He is accountable to God and accountable to the FVC Elder Board for the way in which he leads the church.  Pastor Matt is a vision caster describing the path that he (with God’s direction and the help of other leadership) feels Faith and Victory should go down.

Pastor Matt Krachunis is also a remarkable preacher.  His sermons can be described as hard hitting, gut wrenching, soul searching, self examining, faith checks that move past the fluff and allow the body (congregation) to learn, cast away sin, and grow closer to God.

Shepherding God’s People

Jeremiah 3:15 – “Then I will give you shepherds after My own heart, who will feed you on knowledge and understanding.”

Faith and Victory Church is a non-denominational Christian church. While recognizing the value of associating and cooperating with other groups of Christians, part of our beliefs is that the local church should be independent and elder-governed. Acts 14:23; 1 Timothy 5:17.

Faith and Victory Church is led by a Male Senior Pastor and Male Elders in accordance to what the Bible says and Church tradition.  Faith and Victory Church has female pastors, deacons, and ministry leaders that lead under the covering of Senior Pastor Matt Krachunis that help guide the church.  If you would like more information on our Biblical views of Women in ministry please listen to Pastor Matt’s great sermon “Speak From The Peak

Deacons are Servant Leaders

Faith and Victory Deacons are servant leaders who do the work of the ministry.  Called by God deacons are tested for a period of one year before serving.  Deacons responsibilities include serving in ministries, helping with FVC events, serving as small group leaders, and ministering to the people of God’s church.

1st Timothy 3:10 – They must first be tested; and then if there is nothing against them, let them serve as deacons.

Not On An Island

Faith and Victory Church is a non-denominational Christian church. While recognizing the value of associating and cooperating with other groups of Christians, part of our beliefs is that the local church should be independent and elder-governed. Acts 14:23; 1 Timothy 5:17.

We also recognize that no church should be an island.  That is why we have partnered with other liked minded churches to form accountability so that we be above reproach and have wise council to seek in times of need.  Listed below are some of the pastors and churches that we are held accountable to, live life together, and seek wise council from in times of need.
