Shepherding God’s People
Jeremiah 3:15 – “Then I will give you shepherds after My own heart, who will feed you on knowledge and understanding.”
Faith and Victory Church is a non-denominational Christian church. While recognizing the value of associating and cooperating with other groups of Christians, part of our beliefs is that the local church should be independent and elder-governed. Acts 14:23; 1 Timothy 5:17.
Faith and Victory Church is led by a Male Senior Pastor and Male Elders in accordance to what the Bible says and Church tradition. Faith and Victory Church has female pastors, deacons, and ministry leaders that lead under the covering of Senior Pastor Matt Krachunis that help guide the church. If you would like more information on our Biblical views of Women in ministry please listen to Pastor Matt’s great sermon “Speak From The Peak“

Deacons are Servant Leaders
Faith and Victory Deacons are servant leaders who do the work of the ministry. Called by God deacons are tested for a period of one year before serving. Deacons responsibilities include serving in ministries, helping with FVC events, serving as small group leaders, and ministering to the people of God’s church.
1st Timothy 3:10 – They must first be tested; and then if there is nothing against them, let them serve as deacons.

Not On An Island
Faith and Victory Church is a non-denominational Christian church. While recognizing the value of associating and cooperating with other groups of Christians, part of our beliefs is that the local church should be independent and elder-governed. Acts 14:23; 1 Timothy 5:17.
We also recognize that no church should be an island. That is why we have partnered with other liked minded churches to form accountability so that we be above reproach and have wise council to seek in times of need. Listed below are some of the pastors and churches that we are held accountable to, live life together, and seek wise council from in times of need.
