FAITHFUL FAITHFUL FAITHFUL FRUITFUL. Have you seen that picture of the guy digging and he stops literally a few feet away from gold? That is some of you. I have seen this way too many times, people literally stop and give up and the miracle is right around the corner, on the other side of that wall.

This season, things are moving fast and God is speeding things up. I continue to hear the Holy Spirit speak that He is doing a “quick work” in the earth and in the lives of His own people. Things will come to pass in 30 days that it used to take 30 years to accomplish. Amos prophesied of a season that God would do a quick work.

Typically, there would four months intervened between seed-time and harvest, but a day of quick work was coming. ““Behold, the days are coming,” says the Lord, “When the plowman shall overtake the reaper, And the treader of grapes him who sows seed; The mountains shall drip with sweet wine, And all the hills shall flow with it.” Amos‬ ‭9:13‬The plowman shall overtake the reaper; or “meet the reaper”; or “come up to him and touch him”, as it is translated.

Before the reaper has well cut down the grain, or it is scarce gathered in, the plowman shall be ready to plow up the ground again, that it may be sown, and produce another crop. Such shall be the abundance that the harvest and vintage can hardly be gathered before the time for preparing for the next crop shall come. Before the treaders of grapes can have finished their work, the seedsman shall be sowing his seed against the next season. The time is short.

Things will happen suddenly. BUT, you have to be in the field to yield a crop. Some of y’all have giviven up plowing and so your harvest will never come to its fruition. You will not be fruitful because you haven’t been faithful. There’s not a lot of talk of the faithfulness required of God’s people. Oh sure, there’s plenty of sermons on the faithfulness of God; and rightly so. But it is required in God’s stewards that we be found faithful. “Found” faithful implies in every season up to the season in which we go to meet Him. “Moreover it is required in stewards that one be found faithful.”‭‭I Corinthians‬ ‭4:2‬.

What are we to be faithful in? In all things- the big as well as the small. One cannot claim to be faithful if he is not faithful in all ways, at all times and in all matters. A faithful wife is faithful 100%. One cannot claim to be faithful who is only “faithful” 98% of the time. 2% faithfulness is still considered adultery. “He who is faithful in what is least is faithful also in much; and he who is unjust in what is least is unjust also in much.” Luke‬ ‭16:10‬

Do not miss what the Lord is doing during this season. He’s opening doors, but that door will shut as quickly as it opened. The faithful is waiting right next to the door to run through it. The unfaithful is out playing around. When the door opens, they are too far away to make it in time. They have wandered too far from the door and cannot even hear the voice of One calling. At the same time, the enemy is sowing seeds of doubt, discontent and discouragement.

He knows his time is short. Do not give an ear to his voice. He is a liar. Discouragement will keep you from your harvest. Also, it is very important to not give up before your miracle springs up. “And let us not lose heart and grow weary and faint in acting nobly and doing right, for in due time and at the appointed season we shall reap, if we do not loosen and relax our courage and faint.” Galatians 6:9

Please hear my heart, you need to stop grumbling and complaining and get back in that field! The Lord is asking you to be faithful! Faithful to Him. Faithful to His Word. Faithful to obey all His commands. Faithful to do the work He has given you to do- which means Do when He says Do, Go when He says Go and No when He says No.

Your harvest WILL bring forth fruit IF you do not give up. Are you tired and weary from the heat of the day? Take a praise break and drink from the well that never runs dry. He will strengthen you and uphold you and then get back to plowing! The harvest is ripe to be harvested and more seeds need to be planted. Those who are faithful, be prepared for a huge harvest. It’s coming quickly. #runyourrace
