YOU NEED TO BE ON A FRUIT WATCH. You cannot even recognize the Spirit of Jesus from any other spirit. If you are giving people an ultimatum, then you are operating from a demonic spirit. The Spirit of God is gentle. The spirit of demons is forceful. The Spirit of God is peace seeking. The spirit of demons is aggressive and creates confusion.
The Spirit of God presents you with a choice, the spirit of demons forces its way. The Spirit of God brings the fires of conviction that cause men to fall on their knees in humility, the spirit of demons shames and guilts you. The Spirit of God releases prisoners, the spirit of demons puts you in bondage. The Spirit of God only speaks the Truth; the spirit of demons is full of lies, will not seek out the truth or the facts, only cares about getting its way and will destroy everything in its path. The Spirit of God is full of mercy, the spirit of demons is full of pride and seeks only vengeance.
You will know them by their fruit.
“But if you have bitter envy and self-seeking in your hearts, do not boast and lie against the truth. This wisdom does not descend from above, but is earthly, sensual, demonic. For where envy and self-seeking exist, confusion and every evil thing are there. But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, willing to yield, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality and without hypocrisy. Now the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace by those who make peace.” James 3:14-18 NKJV
