WORKING FOR GOD never takes the place of spending time with God. A hard lesson for me to learn, but healing is ONLY found in His presence. It is easy to work hard for the Lord and stay busy working; it temporarily gets your mind off your problems and struggles. However when you stop working it’s just YOU-AND you have not allowed the Holy Spirit to work in you to begin changing your mindset which in turn changes your thinking and eventually changes your character.

Before Paul began his ministry, he spent 3 years alone “not conferring with flesh and blood”, just seeking God and allowing the Lord to minister to him. I imagine Paul needed a lot of healing and HEALING IS ONLY FOUND IN TOUCHING THE MASTER’S ROBE. “For she said to herself, “If only I may touch His garment, I shall be made WHOLE.”” Matthew‬ ‭9:21‬ ‭There is no amount of work that will completely take your mind away from your struggles- it’s only in the perfect, peaceful presence of Jesus where you will be made WHOLE.

To be COMPLETELY HEALED, you have to spend QUALITY TIME with the Master on a DAILY BASIS. He who DWELLS in the secret place of the Most High shall ABIDE under the shadow of the Almighty. Otherwise, you will find yourself living in the land of yo-yo Christianity, not good for yourself or anyone else around you. #runyourrace
