TAKE A LESSON FROM MOSES. I’m reading through Exodus and the Israelites are angry because as soon as Moses came to deliver, their situation got worse. Take good notes. So Moses goes back to God to complain and the Lord speaks to him,

“Therefore say to the children of Israel: ‘I am the LORD; I will bring you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians, I will rescue you from their bondage, and I will redeem you with an outstretched arm and with great judgments. I will take you as My people, and I will be your God. Then you shall know that I am the LORD your God who brings you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians.” Exodus‬ ‭6:6-7‬ ‭

The Lord reiterates His promise and guess what? If you know the Scriptures, the plagues haven’t even begun yet! See, at no time did God not fully know and understand the situation. At no time was He wringing His hands in worry when Pharaoh wouldn’t let the people go. At no time was the situation out of His control. At no time did He forget His promise. At no time. Moses wasn’t always sure. The people weren’t sure. But God was sure. He knew what He was going to do. His plan was intact regardless of Pharaoh’s response. He was bringing His people out of Egypt with rejoicing.

“Commit your way to the Lord, Trust also in Him, And He shall bring it to pass.” Psalms‬ ‭37‬:‭5‬ ‭

Does this minister to you? Even when things get worse, at no time is it out of His hands. I can testify that I have prayed for healing, help, deliverance, restoration, money to pay bills, my children, my family, my church; and the situation got worse not better. But none of that mattered. He heard me and He knew what He would do.

Remember when Daniel prayed for help and the angel Michael was sent out at the moment Daniel asked, but the enemy hindered him? At no time is your circumstance out of His power. He has heard your prayers and listened compassionately when you cried. At no time is He worrying about what to do next. At no time has He forgotten His promise to you. Surrender yourself to God’s process of deliverance. Stop grumbling and complaining, the Lord still has you and your situation is under control. Trust Him and lean not on your own understanding. He knows what He’s doing.
