PEOPLE WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU, just keeping running. The other day I was really feeling the effects of the ministry and the burden and weight of it all. Honestly, and some won’t understand this, but I wanted to quit and just get a job at a Walmart warehouse moving boxes, alone. I’d be good at it and do it with all my heart. I talked to a friend who told me, “just keep swimming”. I’d never be satisfied if I wasn’t doing what God called me to do. “For when I spoke, I cried out; I shouted, “Violence and plunder!” Because the word of the LORD was made to me A reproach and a derision daily. Then I said, “I will not make mention of Him, Nor speak anymore in His name.” But His word was in my heart like a burning fire Shut up in my bones; I was weary of holding it back, And I could not.” Jeremiah‬ ‭20:8-9‬ ‭People may hate you and mock you, just keep going. You may be ridiculed for your faith and people will desert you when you speak His Word, just keep speaking it. Your life will be scrutinized, even by other so called Christians, just keep living out His precepts. There’s no sense in trying to please the masses, you cannot please everyone anyway. Live to please One. When the earth passes away and you are stripped bare and stand before Him; how will you answer for your life? Did you do your own thing, or were you about the Father’s business?
