MAKE NO DEAL WITH THE DEVIL. I hear you protesting now, “I would never!” Yet, many of you do in those daily compromises. The story of the Exodus is one of the greatest miracles recorded in the Bible.
Have you ever read it slowly, digesting the entire narrative? Moses goes before Pharaoh several times, “Let my people go!” To which Pharaoh replies, “No”, but as the plagues wear on, he decides to give a little. “You may go, but stay in Egypt.” “You may go, but don’t go too far.” “You may go, but leave the women and children.” “You may go, but leave your livestock and possessions”, to which Moses replies, “Our livestock also must go with us; not a hoof shall be left behind, for we must take of them to serve the Lord our God, and we do not know with what we must serve the Lord until we arrive there.”
” Exodus 10:26 Moses was firm, we are all leaving this place and going to the place God has prepared for us and we are not leaving anyone or anything behind. Period. Do you have this same mindset? Or do you compromise little things with the world and the prevailing spirit? It’s the little foxes that spoil the vine.
The Bible is clear, there can be no compromise with the world. There’s no compromise with the enemy of your soul. Don’t compromise your journey. Don’t compromise your children. Don’t compromise His Word. A little compromise leavens the whole lump. Stand up to Pharaoh! Make this your proclamation: I will do all the will of God and obey His Word in its entirety. I don’t care what the enemy does to me, or how hard he makes life on me. I will not listen to the enemy’s lies. I will have no ungodly relationships. My eyes are on the prize and I’ve set my face like a stone. God has a plan for me and I will not compromise!#runyourrace
