FOR SUCH A TIME. God has perfect placing and perfect timing. Not only in the life of Joseph, but we see the same God in operation in the life of Mordecai and Queen Esther. Esther, because of her obedience to her uncle, saved the Jews during a time when they would have been annihilated. “For if you remain completely silent at this time, relief and deliverance will arise for the Jews from another place, but you and your father’s house will perish. Yet who knows whether you have come to the kingdom for such a time as this?”” Esther‬ ‭4:14‬

‭I’m not sure you even understand how awesome and amazing this intervention was— this providential action not only spared the Jews in Persia, it made possible Nehemiah’s call to rebuild the city walls of Jerusalem some 30 years later. Again, perfect place, perfect time. God is not random, nor is He a God of chaos or happenstance. He is a God of order. He has a plan to save and redeem. He orchestrates events for His purposes. He is in control through the world’s chaos. You are at the right place and right time. He has you where He wants you. Your job is to obey. Do not cower in fear. Do not be afraid of man or a virus. You can remain silent, but God will just raise up another who will do His will. Will you obey His Word?#runyourrace
