OUR COUNTRY IS A Constitutional Republic. “A constitutional republic is a state where the chief executive and representatives are democratically elected by the people, and the rules are set down in a written constitution. The head of state and other representatives are elected but they do not have uncontrolled power.” So it reads.
Please let our leaders know they do not have “uncontrolled power”, but I digress. Believe it or not, like it or not, our country was founded upon Christian principles found in the Bible. The framers of our law used language such as, “Creator and Divine Lawgiver” in other documents such as The Declaration of Independence. Our “inalienable rights” come from God; not the government.
Satan for years has been eroding at our Constitution. Why? Because it’s our foundation of government and he understands God’s Word; perhaps better than most. “If the foundations are destroyed, What can the righteous do?” Psalms 11:3 Fast forward to 2020. We are a country in turmoil and chaos. Mobs tearing down our forefathers statues- foundation destroyed. Wicked leaders consistently destroy our Constitution- foundation destroyed.
Lawlessness reigns in our cities and our leaders do nothing- foundation destroyed. Freedom of speech censored- foundation destroyed. Freedom of religion dictated by the governors- foundation destroyed. And where is the church? The church has no power because she is selfish and idolatrous, she has mixed with the world and our leaders preach a lukewarm gospel- foundation destroyed. The church is cowardly- foundation destroyed.
What can the righteous do? God responds to the prayers of those who repent, turn from their wicked ways and call upon His name for help. He is bringing forth a pure remnant. Men and women of God who will stand up boldly and courageously gather to trumpet God’s Word. “But Peter and the other apostles answered and said: “We ought to obey God rather than men. The God of our fathers raised up Jesus whom you murdered by hanging on a tree. Him God has exalted to His right hand to be Prince and Savior, to give repentance to Israel and forgiveness of sins. And we are His witnesses to these things, and so also is the Holy Spirit whom God has given to those who obey Him.””Acts 5:29-32 NKJV#runyourrace
