TWO STAGES OF THE BELIEVER’S life are mentioned throughout Scripture: sowing and reaping. This is a universal law, as God will not be mocked for whatever a man sows, that and only that, is what he shall reap. During this time of chaos, this law is still in effect and you are still sowing seeds.

The question is: what seeds are you sowing? Some of you are spiritually lazy, and your crop will produce nothing but weeds. Some are busy, but not effective; you are apathetic, neglecting your spirit walk. You will reap a lukewarm life and it’s outcome. Some of you are sowing the wrong seeds: seeds of rebellion and discord and you will bring forth wild grapes that our Lord never sought for. (You cannot sow rebellion and reap righteousness)

Some of you are operating in fear and not faith. You will reap a harvest of fear and torment. Yet, “Those who sow in tears Shall reap in joy. He who continually goes forth weeping, Bearing seed for sowing, Shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, Bringing his sheaves with him.” Psalms‬ ‭126:5-6‬ ‭Meaning: those who sow amidst pain and affliction, against all fear maintain faith in prayer and obedience to God’s Word will reap joyfully the fruit of faithfulness.

Let us sow, therefore, in faith and faithfulness, in intercession and righteousness, crucify the flesh, lay hands on the sick, do not forsake the gathering of the brethren and regardless of the pain or affliction that we may experience, knowing there will be a great harvest and flourishing of God’s blessings. #runyourrace
