WILL YOU STAND ALONE? There is a giant enemy taunting the people of God, will you be David? Will you stand alone against the giant? All throughout history, there has only been a few that have chosen to stand against the world, those few choose to obey God rather than man. Will you be Lot and proclaim, “Do not do this evil!” when the whole town came against him?

How about Daniel who refused to do anything contrary to God’s Word, but honored God by bowing in prayer three times a day against a national mandate? What about Jeremiah or Ezekiel who had to proclaim judgment to a rebellious people, but kept their mindset adamant? How about Paul who died alone in a prison cell for preaching the truth? Remember Shadrach, Meshach and Abednigo? These men refused to bow down to any idols and chose rather death, “If that is the case, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and He will deliver us from your hand, O king. But if not, let it be known to you, O king, that we do not serve your gods, nor will we worship the gold image which you have set up.”” Daniel‬ ‭3:17-18‬

‭Can I tell you something? When you stand up to the giant, you give courage to the army behind you who are shaking in the armor.

You need to be the voice of one crying in the wilderness and you will strengthen your brethren. Now more than ever, the world needs to hear the truth of God’s Word. It has been pushed aside in order for men to love their own ways and do what’s right in their own eyes. Will you stand for right? The giant defies God and His people, he is breathing heavy down your back, but do not fear! The LORD is on your side and Jesus will prevail! But will you stand alone?
