HEALTHY PLUS WEALTHY equals happy. Or at least the world would tell you that, even some Christians will tell you that. If you believe that to be happy you have to be healthy and wealthy, then please be sure to tell that to St Paul. My “happiness” is not found in any circumstance. The joy of the Lord is my strength!

If there’s one thing I have a firm understanding of and I have sought after: He is my happiness. He is my joy. He is the center of my universe. If my relationship with Him is good; then all is right with my world. If I’ve pleased Him and done well in His eyes; I’m happy and successful. If I roam far away, no matter how “wealthy” I become, I need to repent and return. AND IF you do not have this revelation my friend; then you better get it quickly.

This world will pass away, your stuff will burn, people will betray you, money has wings, and health fades— and at the end of your life you will find yourself at His judgment seat and it will be revealed what you trusted in. What/Whom is your trust REALLY in? Your job? Your doctor? Whom do you really worship? Yourself? The world? Do not think you can give God lip service. Your actions betray you. He knows your heart. Therefore bear fruits worthy of repentance. “One thing I have desired of the LORD, That will I seek: That I may dwell in the house of the LORD All the days of my life, To behold the beauty of the LORD, And to inquire in His temple.” Psalms‬ ‭27:4‬ ‭
